Adventurers League Charity Marathon

Our yearly Adventurers League charity marathon to benefit Children's Wisconsin (Extra Life) is here. This year we are changing the format to make it easier on the venue and to allow for more players to participate. This time we will be running two "twelve hour" days. (Technically the first one will be 13 hours to account for muster/setup time.)

Check In
Saturday 9am check in at the venue to be seated. As usual, we will be premustering tables as much as possible. We will premuster 5 players per table, which may seat 1-2 more players day of.

Saturday 9am - Doors Open
Saturday 10pm - Store Closes
Sunday 9am - Doors Open
Sunday 9pm - Event Concludes

Streaming Table(s)
Following suggestions from players, we will not be streaming any games this year. This will hopefully allow for players at all tables to take in the energy of the entire event.

Entry Donation
Your seat for this event will be a $25 donation to the Captain's page (Zombie Joe) on Extra Life (link below). Include your Discord name and that it is for a seat at the Charity Marathon in the comments.

Other Ways to Donate
We encourage players to set up their own donation pages to include in options to affect your character at the event. Past options have been:

• choose my character class
• choose my species
• choose my name
• make me cosplay the event as my character
  (check with event organizer if you aren't sure your options are AL legal)

DMs are encouraged to do the same thing. Past options for DMs have included:

• rerolls for the players
• rerolls for the DM
• potions of healing for the party

Additionally, we will be offering a silent auction for items related to TTRPGs at the store during the event. Online players will have a method to submit entries into the auction. Payment can be sent to the Extra Life page or be paid at the event.

As usual, we will be offering reroll tickets for sale at the event. If we include a local charity in the event for in-store donations, we will make that announcement prior to the event.
