Clothing Donation Sorting - Warehouse Location

Join us on Monday at our NE Warehouse to help us sort through clothing donations, and fill the racks of our Pop Up Mom Shop! Volunteers will work together to evaluate the clothing, sort by size, type and season, hang on hangers, or fold to be put away for later etc. These are simple tasks but super important! The more clothing we can sort, the more shopping our clients can do.

SKILLS NEEDED
•Organized and detail oriented
•Ability to work independently and take direction
•Dependable and committed to your scheduled shift

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Liaise with team lead regarding what need to be sorted and where they should be placed
•Sort, fold and organize items
•Note which shelves and racks are in need of replenishment, and restock inventory as needed
•Ensure inventory is well organized and all areas are kept tidy
•Wipe, sweep and clean up work areas at end of shift
•Other related tasks as needed

• You must sign-in, read, agree and initial the Notice of Risk form prior to starting your volunteer shift AND sign-out at the end of your volunteer shift!

PLEASE NOTE! This session is taking place in the NE at our Warehouse at 3751 21 Street NE, BAY #5.
Please bring your own water bottle, a snack if required, and dress comfortably!
