Help Us on Garage Sale Day!

Community Garage Sale - Volunteers NEEDED

Spend the day making a real impact while having fun, meeting great people, and supporting local families!

On May 23, we’ll be part of a community garage sale from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and we’re looking for volunteers to help us make it a success. We also need assistance with set up and take down too (Please)!

From setting up tables and organizing items to helping shoppers and packing everything away at the end of the day, there’s something for everyone to do.

Over the years, Made by Momma has received many generous donations that, while appreciated, don’t always fit the needs of the families we directly support. Some items may be opened or incomplete, holiday-specific, or simply not the right fit for our programs.

Instead of letting those donations go to waste, we hold garage sales to turn them into something meaningful.

Every dollar raised helps us purchase items our families truly need, while also:

• Creating more storage space for incoming donations
• Reducing waste by giving items a second life
• Raising awareness about the work Made by Momma does in the community
• Supporting families in practical and impactful ways

This is a great opportunity to volunteer with friends, meet new people, and spend the day giving back in a relaxed and rewarding environment.
