Six Chefs Celebrate Oxalis’ 1st Anniversary
On September 12th, Oxalis Restaurant marks its first anniversary with a Gourmet Arraial (feast)– an open-air celebration bringing together contemporary cuisine, Madeiran tradition, and the stunning natural beauty of the Casa Velha do Palheiro front lawn.
Six renowned chefs will create dishes inspired by regional traditions, reimagined with a gourmet twist, served live in a showcooking.
