La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise is an experiential restaurant in the center of Prague, focused on a modern interpretation of traditional Czech and Central European cuisine, with an emphasis on local ingredients and seasonality.
Chef Oldřich Sahajdák leads the kitchen team, having opened the restaurant in fall 2006. The same year his son was born, his dream of having his own pub was realized, and the establishment received a Michelin star in 2012. Starting this year, Sahajdák has taken over as chef patron, also responsible for Marie B, the sister restaurant of La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise.
