Appetizers: Cheese and charcuterie board, codfish cakes, and bread. Served at the table.

Main course . Marinated tuna with potatoes and mixed salad
(a traditional dish from the Lamaceiros area)

Dessert: Miniatures – brownie, queijadas (Portuguese cheese cakes), and passionfruit tartlets

The main course and dessert are served buffet-style.

The lunch area is set up with shade sails and a long communal table.
