# MTM Turns 400 meetings strong!

400 meetings. Countless speeches. Hundreds of stories. One incredible journey.
Madhapur Toastmasters Club is turning 400—and this isn't going to be a regular Toastmasters meeting.
We’re celebrating this milestone with an evening of members, memories, performances, laughter, surprises and a few things you definitely won’t find in our usual meeting agenda.

Expect the unexpected.
Some of our members are stepping away from the lectern and onto the stage — but we’re keeping the details under wraps for now.

What we can tell you is this:
There will be performances.
There will be laughter.
There will be surprises.
And there will be plenty of reasons to be glad you showed up.
Whether you’ve been part of MTM for years, joined recently, or have simply been following our journey — Meeting #400 is a milestone we want to celebrate together.

## Important: Venue Change

For this special celebration, we are moving to a different venue from our usual meeting location.
Please check the venue details carefully when you RSVP.

Semi formals or Ethnic Wear (No shorts or bum chums, no flip-flops or clogs)

Every meeting is a professionally structured experience featuring:

• 🎙️ Prepared speeches delivered by Toastmasters members.
• 🗣️ Table Topics® – an impromptu speaking session that challenges participants to think and speak on the spot.
• 📝 Constructive evaluations that help speakers improve through positive, actionable feedback.
• 💡 Leadership opportunities through meeting management and role-taking.

## 🙋 Guest Experience

• Guests are welcome to observe the full meeting and experience how Toastmasters works firsthand.
• As a special opportunity, guests may be invited to volunteer during the Table Topics® session to get a brief taste of impromptu speaking in a supportive environment.
• Participation in this segment, is entirely optional and depends on the meeting schedule and available time.
• Payment of the visitor fee does not guarantee a speaking opportunity.
• A dedicated Q&A session after the meeting provides an opportunity to ask questions about Toastmasters and club membership.

• 💰 Visitor Fee: ₹200 (UPI payment at the venue)
• ⏰ Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time for registration.
• ⌛ Meetings typically last 100–120 minutes without a break.
