Every meeting is a professionally structured experience featuring:

• 🎙️ Prepared speeches delivered by Toastmasters members.
• 🗣️ Table Topics® – an impromptu speaking session that challenges participants to think and speak on the spot.
• 📝 Constructive evaluations that help speakers improve through positive, actionable feedback.

## 🙋 Guest Experience

• Guests are welcome to observe the full meeting and experience how Toastmasters works firsthand.
• As a special opportunity, guests may be invited to volunteer during the Table Topics® session to get a brief taste of impromptu speaking in a supportive environment.
• Participation in this segment, is entirely optional and depends on the meeting schedule and available time.
• Payment of the visitor fee does not guarantee a speaking opportunity.
• A dedicated Q&A session after the meeting provides an opportunity to ask questions about Toastmasters and club membership.

## 📍 Visitor Information

• 💰 Visitor Fee: ₹200 (UPI payment at the venue)
• ⏰ Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time for registration.
• ⌛ Meetings typically last 100–120 minutes without a break.
• 👔 Dress Code: Business formals or smart semi-formals are appreciated.

Madhapur Toastmasters is run entirely by volunteers. Organisers are generally unable to respond to individual phone calls or messages, particularly on meeting day. The easiest way to understand the Toastmasters experience is simply to attend a meeting. So RSVP to this event today!

• Late entry may not be accommodated once the meeting is in progress.
