IMPORTANT UPDATES:
1- Meetup event details are very clear and cery specific to each event. As a visitor it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to read the correct info so as to reach the corrcet location as mentioned here in event description.
2- We will not be responding to messages or calls on day of event. Instructions are clear, plan 1-2 days ahead check map route time etc for yourself. If you miss this meeting, try to come next time.
3- Visitor event fee INR Rs. 200 is payable at the time of entry to the event space.

DEAR VISITORS
1- If you're coming for the first time ever, then simply mark your presence to the event and try to reach 15-20 mins before the time of event. We start SHARP ON TIME.
Experience the event and then decide whether you want to join or not.
MEETING RULES TO BE FOLLOWED:
- Please DO NOT cross-talk or GET UP from seat, when there is a speaker on stage. It's just plain rude. Wait for speaker to end and before another comes then leave from back end. Similarly do not enter when speaker is on stage.
- TABLE TOPICS ROUND your participation is up to you, If you raise your hand to volunteer, then you might be picked up to speak in the open round.
- Timer cards or flags will be used -- GREEN for minimum, YELLOW for medium, and RED for maximum time limits.
- Dress Code: FORMALS / SEMI FORMALS. No chappals, bum chums, shorts.
IMPORTANT:
- Guests may participate during table topics round. You must volunteer. Its not a guarantee of participation, shows your enthusiasm though.
- Visitor event fee INR Rs. 200 is payable at the time of entry to the event space.
- This is NOT A CASUAL gup-shup place where you can talk while a speaker is speaking on stage & a meeting is on-going.
NOTE: You may be asked to leave for causing constant distraction in event.
