Supersonic Soul Circle Kirtan - As part of Summer Solstice Immersion

Beloved, come join Supersonic Soul Circle for a Summer Solstice Gathering at Perennial Yoga - "Growing the Field." We will gather for a meal, connection, and Kirtan!

There is no charge for this event - but donations are requested to Bike the Barns... A cycling fundraiser that brings over 1,000 people together each year to celebrate local farms, enjoy delicious food, and build community support.

We'll begin by sharing a vibrant meal of traditional Mexican cuisine, prepared by a member of our extended community. This is more than dinner together - it's a celebration of culture, connection, and our collective roots. It's a way to honor the mosaic of traditions that make up our shared home.

Community Reflection and Dialogue
After we eat, we'll gather in circle to reflect, relate, and reweave. Through guided conversation and honest listening, we'll reflect on what's beginning to take shape, what's still unclear, and what may need new soil, more light, or deeper tending. This is our space to speak from the heart and tend the field together.

Attuning Our Hearts
We'll close the evening with our beloved Supersonic Soul Circle leading us in Kirtan - Kirtan or Kirtana (Sanskrit: कीर्तन; IAST: Kīrtana) is a Sanskrit word that means "narrating, reciting, telling, describing" of an idea or story. It's a beautifully soulful live musical adventure, spanning the spectrum of emotions and intensities, with mindfulness. We will call to you with our musical ideas and invite you to respond in whichever way moves you. Meditate, sing, play, and dance the names of the divine within yourself and in our circle. Our approach to Kirtan is modern, with playfulness, intentionality, and improvisation as major themes.
