Free Community Session in the Park
Join Ancient Root Taiji for a relaxed outdoor Qigong - Hiking session focused on bringing mindful movement, breathwork, and awareness into the experience of walking and hiking.
In this free community gathering, we’ll explore practical Qigong skills that can be used on trails, during nature walks, or anytime you want to move with greater ease, energy, and presence. We’ll work with simple standing practices, breathing methods, posture awareness, and walking exercises designed to help conserve energy, improve balance, calm the mind, and deepen connection with the natural environment.
This session is open to everyone — complete beginners are welcome.
What to Expect:
- Gentle Qigong warmups
- Breath and posture training for walking
- Walking meditation and mindful hiking drills
- Simple techniques for grounding and relaxation
- Community practice in a peaceful outdoor setting
