Madison 2nd Annual Memorial Day Cookout and Drum Circle

This is a large co-promoted event designed to bring the Madison area Meetup community together. Roughly 20 different groups will be taking part. All members are welcome for the duration of the event, but we will target 4pm to 5pm for playing Handpans before the big drum circle starts at 5pm to 7pm.
If you are reading this and you organize events for a group that is not yet taking part, we encourage you to copy this text and post it to your group as well. There is no need to contact us for permission!
Bring friends and family to join us at Shelter #5 at Token Creek County Park at 1 pm on Memorial Day. We have reserved the large site (400 person capacity) for this private Meetup event and alcohol is permitted (know your limit). There is a large charcoal grill on site for those who want to cook out. Bring something to eat/drink/pass/share.
There will be Cornhole, horseshoes, volleyball and soccer. There is a playground on site for the kiddos and the site is adjacent to a disc golf course. Bring any additional outdoor or tabletop games that you enjoy. This event is family friendly.
Small donations to cover the cost of the reservation and supplies are appreciated and will be accepted at the event.
