SEVENTH ANNUAL Theatre Outing!

Note re change of plans -- due to the heat wave that is forecast for this Sunday, we will not be having the pre-show picnic, but rather we will be gathering in air-conditioned comfort at Monk's in Middleton, starting at 3:00 pm. We will still be going to the play itself, which is outdoors, so bring water and be prepared for the heat. We will be leaving from Monk's at approximately 4:30 pm.

Please join us on Sunday, June 22, 2025, for our seventh annual outing to American Players Theatre in Spring Green!

The play is Shakespeare's "Midsummer Night's Dream," and we will be seeing it performed outdoors close to midsummer night (i.e. the summer solstice). Just as the Bard intended for his play to be seen!

We will be carpooling from the Middleton location of Monk's (8313 Murphy Dr, Middleton, WI). Please feel free to meet us there anytime at or after 3:00 pm to enjoy whatever pre-show food and beverages you may want to order.

We will be leaving from Monk's at approximately 4:30 pm to drive to the theater in Spring Green.

The play starts at 6 pm, and is about 3 hours. We should be back in Middleton by about 10:30 or 11:00.

If you prefer not to carpool with the group, you can drive yourself and meet us at the theater.

You can purchase your tickets directly from the box office. If you want to sit with or near the rest of the group, we will be sitting in row A in section 6 (audience side right).
