RESCHEDULED: "Language Does More: Exploring Language as Tech, as Data"
Details
UPDATE 03/22: We've decided to reschedule this event, given the impact of today's weather. Stay tuned for the new date!
---------------------------------------
NOTE: This event will be both in-person AND online via zoom, to support the convenience of all of our members. ❤️
Language does more than you think it does. Join Samantha Beaver and Women in Tech for an exciting evening of linguistic exploration: learn to reframe language as a technology, leverage language samples as business-critical data, and understand your own self as being indexed by the language you use.
Both theoretical and practical, this talk is a great opportunity to dive deep into a fascinating topic - with a real linguist - that too often goes under-examined in the workplace.
