ABOUT
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how we interact with technology. As UX professionals, how do we design intuitive, ethical, and human-centered experiences in this new era? This dynamic panel brings together leading UX thinkers to explore the challenges and opportunities of designing for powered products and services both with AI and sans AI. We'll delve into topics like designing for trust and transparency, creating seamless human-software interactions, addressing bias and accessibility, and envisioning the future of user experience in an increasingly intelligent world. Join us to gain invaluable insights and practical strategies for navigating the exciting frontier of UX in the age of AI.
Panelists
- Danielle Henry, Senior UX Architect, nvisia
- Danielle has been in love with tech since the days of floppy disks and MS-DOS. Classically trained in marketing, she loves playing fairy godmother, making users’ (and clients’) dreams come true in the form of usable digital solutions, as she works hard to make others' work life easier. Currently a Sr UX Architect, she has been a part of the UX Practice at nvisia since 2020, serving a broad range of industries including manufacturing, logistics, banking, home mortgage, and more. Prior to her time at nvisia, she held numerous roles in customer service, event management, marketing, operations, hospitality, content development, web design, project management, and more - always operating from an empathetic human-first approach
- Shauna Fowler, UX Architect, nvisia
- Shauna has worn a lot of hats throughout the course of her UI/UX career, as a UX Architect at nvisia she champions accessibility, user friendliness, and research backed design decisions in everything she has a hand in. Coming from an e-commerce background originally, Shauna has over 7 years of experience in User Interface design, and has worked in a variety of industries such as finance, healthcare, technology, insurance, and manufacturing.
- Jennifer Posh, UX Lead, nvisia
- Jennifer combines almost a decade of content marketing experience with an eye for design in her role as UX Lead at nvisia. Her experience spans industries like tourism, education, manufacturing, construction, and more. She strongly believes that the better you know your users, the better you can serve them through design. When she’s not mapping user journeys or agonizing over the optimal button text, she enjoys designing imaginary projects like a Halloween-focused lifestyle app or DoorDash for vampires.
