This practice will be an online 30 min meditation session. Mindfulness and compassion practices can be a source of support to ourselves and others as we continue to navigate the ever changing conditions of our work and the world. We will engage in a variety of these practices during this class. Please join at least 5 minutes early to ensure the session can start on time.

A donation of $2- 10 per class is suggested. Funds collected go into hosting our free classes and bringing more free yoga to our community. See below for donation information for this class. If it is necessary to cancel class, we will cancel at least an hour before class. Hope to see you all there!
