Sunday Morning Track Workout

The snow's all melted and the air's warming so it's time to start working on our speed again. Hopefully the track will be clear on Sundays, but it's possible there may be the occasional conflict with the HS team. If that does happen, we'll run fartlek around the neighborhoods. All speeds and skill levels are welcome. If anyone needs a ride from downtown or westside let me know, and I'll try to arrange some carpooling.
