Welcome to Madrid Cinema Lovers!

This group is for anyone in Madrid who enjoys films in their original English or French version, with Spanish subtitles.

I’m a 50-year-old nomadic wanderer, British (and French speaker too) , and although I do speak Spanish, I’m not yet comfortable enough to watch films entirely in Spanish. So I thought it would be lovely to create a group for fellow cinema lovers who, like me, see film as a wonderful way to experience storytelling, different perspectives, and other worlds.

I love meaningful conversation and meeting open-minded people from different cultures and backgrounds, so all ages and nationalities are welcome.

For anyone who feels like it, we can meet for a drink from an hour before the film nearby, and for those night owls, a drink afterwards too.
