A Golpe de Instinto es un proyecto de danza meditativa y libre, una mezcla entre ecstatic dance, danza instintiva y meditación en movimiento.
Aquí no hay coreografías, niveles ni juicios: cada encuentro es un viaje a través del cuerpo, la música y la emoción. 🌀
Durante las sesiones, creamos una ola de movimiento 🌊:
comenzamos en la calma, soltando tensiones, y poco a poco la música nos lleva hacia la energía, la alegría y la liberación 🔥
Bailamos ritmos de todo el mundo 🌍 —africanos, brasileños, asiáticos, electrónicos suaves, tribales, envolventes— que nos conectan con la tierra, el corazón y el presente.
Al final, regresamos a la quietud 🌬️, más liger@s, más libres, más conectad@s.
💃 No necesitas experiencia previa, solo curiosidad y ganas de moverte.
🧘♀️ Cada sesión es una invitación a sentir, expresarte y vaciarte de lo que ya no necesitas.
💫 A veces las hacemos presenciales, otras online, y siempre con la misma intención: bailar para sanar y reconectar.

✨ A space to move, release, and come back to yourself.
A. Golpe de Instinct is a project that blends meditative dance, ecstatic dance, and instinctive movement — a journey through the body, rhythm, and emotion.
No choreography. No judgment. No experience needed. Just movement, music, and presence. 🌀
In each session, we move through a wave of energy 🌊:
starting in stillness, releasing tension, and gradually rising into rhythm, joy, and full expression 🔥
We dance to music from all over the world 🌍 — African, Brazilian, Asian, tribal, electronic, and ambient — sounds that help us connect with the earth, the heart, and the moment.
At the end, we return to stillness 🌬️ — lighter, freer, and more grounded.
💃 No experience needed — just curiosity and the willingness to move.
🧘♀️ Each session invites you to feel, express, and let go of what no longer serves you.
💫 Sometimes we meet in person, sometimes online, but always with the same intention: to dance, to heal, to reconnect.
