Join us for a soulful Hatha Yoga class we will explore the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga in a serene and welcoming environment. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, this class is designed to help you deepen your practice and connect with your mind, body, and spirit on a deeper level.
During the class, our experienced instructor who is from India will guide you through a series of traditional Hatha Yoga poses, breathing exercises and techniques to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive personalized guidance, and connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for yoga. Come and join us for a transformative experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and inspired.
The class will start with a short introduction then 55 minutes of practice followed by 5 minutes of Savasana ends with a Q&A session.
Professional Mats will be provided. Please bring a towel and water to drink.
