Este SÁBADO en Sala Dana tenemos un evento especial - una meditación musical participativa, ofrecido por un grupo 🕉 somos mantra.

En las palabras de los artistas: "Nos inspiramos en el kirtan, cantando mantras para liberar la voz y conectar con lo trascendente. No hace falta que sepas cantar ni meditar, esta experiencia es bastante única, meditativa y divertida a la vez ;) Nos acompañará un equipo de músicos muy bonito, con guitarra, sitar de la India, acordeón y handpan."

(Siguiendo la antigua tradición budista, no ponemos precio a nuestras actividades. Al final de la sesión tendrás la oportunidad para dejar un donativo, para así apoyar a los músicos y asegurar la sostenibilidad del centro. El donativo sugerido son 10Eur).

Join us this SATURDAY at Sala Dana during a special event - a participatory musical meditation, offered by a group 🕉 Mantraszender.

In the artists' words: "We are inspired by kirtan, singing mantras to free the voice and connect with the transcendent. You don't need to know how to sing or meditate; this experience is quite unique, meditative and fun at the same time ;) We will be joined by a lovely team of musicians, with guitar, Indian sitar, accordion, and handpan."

(We want to make our activities affordable and accessible for all, therefore we do not put a fixed price on them and there is no upfront charge. You are welcome and encouraged to leave a donation at the end of the session to support the artist and ensure the sustainability of our center. The suggested donation is 10Eur).
