Join Sarah for a 90 minute yoga practice including a grounding Vinyasa Flow, pranayama, meditation, and a long sweet relaxation.

In Sarah’s classes, she invites students to nourish their nervous system with rhythmic, breath-led movement. All levels and bodies are welcome with various options for poses to suit your body and mind’s needs the best. Sarah loves sharing all aspects of yoga as well offering a space where students can bring all aspects of themselves, too.

**Place:** Sala Dāna, c/ Luis Vélez de Guevara, 9 (local 2D - right next to the Correos office), 28012 Madrid (Tirso de Molina)

Sala Dana is a spacious air-conditioned room. There are yoga mats and all the equipment necessary for this class, so there's no need to bring anything.

**Price:** dāna (donation)
(We strive to make our activities affordable and accessible for all, therefore we do not put a fixed price on them. You are encouraged to leave a donation at the end of the session to support the teacher and the functioning of our center. The suggested donation is 10Eur).
