Muchas gracias a todos por haberos unido a este grupo :) !!
Os invito al primer evento de Sound and Dance Love Healing Meditation, el viernes 9 Junio en El Retiro (si la lluvia lo permite :)).
Será una meditación de 1,5h de duración en la que, a través del sonido conectaremos con la frecuencia del AMOR para sanar aquello que deseamos y a través del movimiento y baile, moveremos y canalizaremos la energía para su transformación y grounding.
Es necesario traer auriculares inalámbricos o tener una cuenta premium de Spotify, ya que estaremos siguiendo una lista de reproducción en Spotify con los auriculares puestos.
Podéis estar sentados o tumbados, por lo que aquellos que lo prefieran pueden traer una manta o esterilla.
La meditación tendrá lugar si no llueve !!! en caso de que llueva, daremos gracias a la más que bienvenida lluvia y lo organizaremos en otro momento :)

I invite you to the first Sound and Dance Love Healing Meditation event, on Junie, the 9th at El Retiro (rain permitting :)).
It will be a 1.5 hour long meditation in which we will connect with the frequency of LOVE to heal what we desire through sound, and we will channel the released energy through movement and dance for its transformation and grounding.
It is necessary to bring wireless headphones or have a Spotify premium account, since we will be following a playlist on Spotify with the headphones on.
You can be sitting or lying down, so those who prefer can bring a blanket or mat.
Meditation will take place if it doesn't rain!!! Otherwise, we will give thanks to the more than welcome and deserved rain and we will organize it at another time :)
