Free bizdev advice on expanding to Germany

Hola!

This meetup group was inactive for the last 6 years, so for a very long time. And I would like to reactivate it, with both online and in person meeteups. I personally divide my time between Berlin and the Nordics, but I am usually often in Spain in the winters, to see some sun which is so missed up in the North.

In Germany I see many Spanish delegations scouting around recently (many thanks to Desafia), I see there is a lot of interest to expand to the German market.

On the other side, this is tricky, as Germany is more like "United States of Germany", where regions are not the same, people are focused locally and also on safety and avoiding risk. They also mostly ignore messages from people they do not know.
