I’m happy to share a practice that I truly love — Yin Yoga — a gentle, grounding experience designed to counterbalance our busy, Yang-style lives filled with movement, stress, and constant doing.

In Yin, we slow down. We hold poses for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the body to release tension layer by layer. The magic happens in stillness — deep stretching opens the body, while mindfulness softens the mind.

It’s a quiet yet powerful journey towards connection, balance, and inner peace — a space where you can simply be, breathe, and feel.

This is a discovery class to explore the practice before launching regular sessions.
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to yoga or already practising.
