Between Sky and Earth: Grounding Through Art & Nature Workshop
Details
Inspired by the Arabic expression “between the sky and earth,” this intimate workshop with artist Nuha Moretz and psychotherapist Kate Hubrich explores the emotional space of the in-between—the moments of uncertainty, transition, and limbo that we all experience.
While these times can feel unsettling, they also hold potential on the horizon: a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.
Through a combination of mindfulness, creative expression, and connection with nature, practice remaining grounded while reaching upward—anchoring in the present and opening to hope, optimism, and possibility.
