Leaving Flatland: Enlivening Earth and Soul with Jeanine Canty, PhD
Details
Madrona is excited to collaborate with Red Butte Garden to offer an experiential full-day workshop with ecopsychologist Jeanine Canty, author of Returning the Self to Nature.
“This awakened heart of compassion is true nature. It is true nature that welcomes and tames our self-centered delusions, returning us to the reality of our deep connectedness to all beings in a living world.” – Gaylon Ferguson
Join us for a day-long workshop where we will move into a widening sense of self, inclusive of nature, creativity, spirit, and soul.
Weaving together ideas from ecopsychology, depth psychology, and eastern philosophy, we will peer curiously into what no longer serves in our dominant paradigms and envision and enact ways of being that enliven our participatory consciousness with nature and soul.
