Hi all!

After a long time without events (somebody said COVID?) we have decided that if we want to continue we need to move online, so here we are!

This time both talks are going to be in English 🙌🏼

@Pinchito will talk about "A Primer on Incident Analysis":

> Our website is down! Customers are complaining! The sky is falling on our heads! What can we do to improve the situation? If we are managing a team, should we start cutting off heads? Otherwise, should we start looking for a new job?

Do not despair; we are not alone, we have many decades of incident analysis behind us. In this talk we will explain several techniques that may help us face the situation: root-cause analysis, the five whys and blameless postmortems. We will also review some leadership attitudes and how they affect future incident response. Finally, we will briefly analyze a couple of real catastrophes from recent history that will give us a fresh perspective on incident analysis.

And @Palomagg will talk about how to mix security & devops:

> Your organization wants to offer a faster market delivery with the least human interaction?. Many organizations adopted Devops or are adopting Devops to achieve that goal. DevOps isn’t designed with security in mind. It focuses on pushing code quickly . This can lead to weaknesses in application security that can be exploited by attackers, resulting in everything from data breaches to downed systems. In my talk I will tell you what security practices you should have in a Devops environment, the problems you may encounter when implementing them and how the term DevSecOps was born

JOIN US the next 23rd of September and enjoy the madScalability community. We will provide the connection details in few days.
