Mafia is a high-stakes social deduction game that pits a secret minority (the Mafia) against an uninformed majority (the Town).
The game cycles through two distinct phases:

• The Night: While the Town "sleeps," the Mafia secretly chooses a player to eliminate. Special roles, like the Detective or Doctor, use their abilities to gather info or protect others.
• The Day: The survivors wake up to find a victim gone. The group must then debate, lie, and use logic to identify the killers. The phase ends with a public vote to eliminate the top suspect.

The Town wins if they uncover and eliminate all Mafia members; the Mafia wins if they outnumber the Townspeople. It’s a game of psychology, persuasion, and the ultimate test of your poker face.
