As Saudi Arabia just opened to Tourism, this country has unseen and untouched areas and has some of the most beautiful and epic landscapes in the Middle East. You will be impressed by its beauty, history and people.
MAG will take you so close to the Wahba Crater that you can see its white bubbling lava. As we are getting closer, we can see how the sunlight is reflecting and lightening the crater. Next on our list will be the area of Madain Saleah town (the site is closed till end of Dec by Saudi ministry of tourism) but we will be showing you the amazing Al Ula town and other rock curved sites there. Our list does not only include landscape but also active villages under UNESCO heritage. We will spend a nice time walking the city streets, the markets and having food at a nice restaurant and so much more..... definitely not to be missed!
We will arrive in Jeddah in the morning and start our journey by leaving the sea level and head up to visit the crater. You will be travelling through the Holy land and its beautiful landscapes. You get the first glimpse of the life in Saudi Arabia. Once we reach the crater we will start a hike that will 4 hours. You will get great photo opportunities from the top and at the bottom of the crater, just in time when the sun light reflects.
Next we will take some time to relax and explore the nearby town and market; finishing the day with a nice dinner.
The following day we continue towards special place, which can only be accessed by permits. MAG will show you this place. More information to be provided when the permit is granted.
In the late afternoon we will reach AlUla and its natural wonders. We will walk around the rock carved town then we will head to our camp hidden in the mountains. We will spend our evening under the stars in a Bedouin camp.
Next morning we will continue our adventure by visiting AlUla town and head into the desert to see rock formations such as elephant rock and other areas.
On our last day we will visit the UNESCO town of Jeddah after a relaxing morning to recover from the long trip. It's time to see the beautiful city of Jeddah. Citizens of Jeddah are a variety of different ethnicities and that reflects in its old town and buildings. We will spend our time in town till we are ready to leave.
