On the morning of the Winter Solstice, I’m hosting a simple, soul-feeding walk to honor the pause — the darkest day of the year, just before the light slowly begins to return.

This isn’t a workout class or a big ceremony.
It’s just us, walking at a natural pace, breathing the cold air, and letting our bodies notice:
• the pause at the bottom of the breath
• the stillness before a new beginning
• the tiny ways light might be ready to come back, one percent at a time

🌗 What we’ll do
We’ll walk for about an hour, at a comfortable, steady pace.
Along the way I’ll offer a few gentle prompts to help you tune into your body and ask:

“If tomorrow brings a little more light, what might that feel like in me?”

No fixing, no forcing — just awareness, warmth, and kindness toward your own nervous system.

If you feel a tug to mark this turning of the year in your body, not just on the calendar, I’d love to have you join me.
