Theme for this week.Move Without Losing Yourself: Finding Your Inner Rhythm

Last week we explored what it means to stay with yourself—to notice when you leave, and gently come back.

This week, we take that into motion.

Because real life doesn’t happen in stillness.
It happens while you’re walking, reacting, adjusting, moving through the world.

In this guided outdoor experience, we’ll explore how to:

  • stay connected to your body while in motion
  • notice your natural rhythm (breath, pace, energy)
  • recognize when you lose yourself—and come back
  • move in a way that feels grounded, not forced

We’ll use simple walking, pauses, and awareness practices to help you experience your body as a real-time feedback system—not something to control, but something to work with.

No experience needed. No performance. No pressure to “do it right.”

Just a space to explore what it feels like to move…
without leaving yourself.
