Join us for a gentle 60-minute somatic nature walk to reconnect with your body, the season, and your inner knowing.

Each week I’ll offer a few simple prompts while we walk—breath, sensory noticing, and grounding. There will be quiet moments and easy connection.

Theme for this week: The Ancient Body & Healing

What if the body carries its own ancient intelligence for survival, connection, regulation, and healing?

On this week’s walk, we’ll explore the relationship between body, mind, breath, nature, and awareness — and how slowing down allows us to reconnect with ourselves in a deeper way.

We’ll reflect on how the nervous system responds to safety, presence, compassion, rhythm, and connection, and how healing may begin not through force, but through relationship.

A grounded and thoughtful walk exploring embodiment, awareness, nervous system regulation, and the wisdom carried within the human experience.
