Join us for a gentle 60-minute somatic nature walk to reconnect with your body, the season, and your inner knowing.

Each week I’ll offer a few simple prompts while we walk—breath, sensory noticing, and grounding. There will be quiet moments and easy connection.

Theme for this week: Trusting the Ancient Body

What if the body recognizes safety, truth, tension, exhaustion, openness, and connection before the mind fully understands it?

Many of us have learned to override ourselves—to push through fatigue, ignore intuition, stay in stress, or disconnect from what the body is communicating. But the nervous system is constantly responding to rhythm, environment, relationship, and presence.

On this week’s walk, we’ll explore the relationship between trust, nervous system regulation, embodiment, nature, and awareness—and how slowing down may help us reconnect with the body’s deeper signals.

Together we’ll gently reflect on:
• intuition vs fear
• trust vs hypervigilance
• consistency and nervous system safety
• constriction vs openness
• how nature restores rhythm and connection

A grounded and thoughtful walk exploring embodiment, awareness, nervous system regulation, and the wisdom carried within the human experience.

Gentle walking • reflective discussion • nature connection • no experience needed
