Theme for this week: The Gift of Contrast

Many of us spend our lives trying to avoid discomfort, uncertainty, or challenge. Yet some of our greatest insights come through contrast. We know rest because we’ve experienced exhaustion. We appreciate peace because we’ve known struggle. We discover what truly matters because life shows us what does not.

As we walk together, we’ll explore how life’s contrasts can help us see more clearly. Rather than rushing to fix, change, or judge our experience, we’ll practice becoming curious about what it may be revealing.

What if contrast isn’t something to overcome?

What if it’s one of life’s greatest teachers?

Sharing is optional. This is a no-fixing space. Pace is easy to moderate with a few pauses.
