Each week I’ll offer a few simple prompts while we walk—breath, sensory noticing, and grounding. There will be quiet moments and easy connection.

Theme for this week: “Noticing the moment you leave yourself”.
“I don’t have to stay perfectly—I just have to come back.”

Sharing is optional. This is a no-fixing space.
Pace is easy to moderate with a few pauses.
