Pulse: Come Alive – A Magical Journey Experience
This is more than a walk. It’s a guided, 4-week outdoor experience designed to help you come out of your head and back into your body.
This is a deeper, more intentional experience than our regular Sunday walks.
In this small group setting, we’ll move beyond conversation into guided practices, building awareness and connection over time in a more focused container.
Each week, you’ll be gently guided through a blend of movement, rhythm, breath, and sensory awareness. Sessions may include walking, light drumming, grounding practices, and optional sharing—always at your own pace.
We’ll explore how patterns, and what can feel like “stuck” energy , show up in the body, and how to begin shifting them through awareness and movement.
4-Week Flow
Week 1 – Arriving in the Body
Learn how to recognize where you feel open, tense, or disconnected, and begin shifting into grounded awareness.
Week 2 – Rhythm & Awareness
Use movement, breath, and rhythm to work with patterns in real time and reconnect with your natural flow.
Week 3 – Sensory & Somatic Exploration
Engage the senses to deepen presence and gently release held tension in the body.
Week 4 – Integration & Embodiment
Bring it all together with guided practice, reflection, and simple tools you can continue using in your everyday life.
Each session stands on its own, while also building gently over the 4 weeks.
You don’t need to have it figured out. Just come as you are.
