Feel the silent language of energy as Master Mingtong Gu guides you through a session of Wisdom Healing Qigong, with movement, sound, and stilness—each gesture unwrapping layers of tension, each breath a return home to your radiant core.

Walk the Land in Meditation & Mindfulness
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Step in quiet communion with earth and sky. End the day as you walk the blessed Sanctuary grounds, feel the gifts of nourishment and healing integrate—one foot, one breath, one holy step at a time.
