A gifted musician from the American Southwest, Ronald Roybal draws on his Pueblo (Tewa) and Spanish Colonial heritage to create moving, heartfelt performances. With Native American flute and Spanish-style classical guitar, Ronald brings warmth, depth, and cultural richness to every note. His music creates a welcoming atmosphere that touches the heart and uplifts the spirit.

Wisdom Healing Qigong with Master Mingtong Gu
Experience the healing energy of Wisdom Healing Qigong in a guided practice with Master Mingtong Gu. Through gentle movement, breath, sound, and stillness, you’ll learn how to connect with your inner energy, release stress, and awaken vitality. This session supports your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being—no prior experience needed.

Mindful Walking Meditation on the Land
Close the day with a peaceful walk across the sacred grounds of the Southwest Sanctuary. This guided time in nature helps you integrate the healing and nourishment of the morning while reconnecting with the rhythms of the earth.
