This circle is an invitation to step into the vibrational space of your highest self. We gather not to talk about problems or outside circumstances, but to experience alignment, expansion, and the feminine energy that connects us all.

Flow of the Gathering:

• Breath-work to anchor into the body
• A guided meditation to connect with our inner light
• Light movement/stretching for flow and freedom
• Group resonance practice — sharing vibration without words

This is a space for presence, connection, and soul nourishment.
