Agile Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

The purpose of the workshop is to help you develop a greater ability to adapt your behaviors, thoughts and emotions to best meet the demands of a wide variety of interpersonal or emotionally charged situations. We will introduce a new tool, Everything DiSC Agile EQ, that helps you explore the concept of emotional intelligence (EQ) and Agile EQ - the ability to stretch beyond your comfort zone and adopt the optimal response in any given situation. It helps you understand the need for and value of a variety of responses and provides tips and guidance for learning to stretch to those responses that might initially feel uncomfortable. The end result will be healthier, more effective workplace relationships and interactions.
