Spiritual Somatic training is a power tool that supports you in resolving the many different traumas that we carry inside and also all around us. It is is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and body. It emphasizes the importance of bodily sensations and experiences in the healing process. It's an energetic meditation, followed by our silent guided meditation.
Regulating the Nervous System: Trauma often leads to dysregulation of the nervous system, resulting in feelings of anxiety or hyperarousal. The rhythmic movement of somatic vibration can help calm the nervous system, promoting a sense of safety and relaxation.
