In this semi-interactive session we'll explore the change in stance that affects many of us when walk through those office doors (remember those days, eh readers?)

Why do we use those words and phrases ?
What's with that 'always on' feeling ?
And who exactly is that straw man ?

But buzzwords are just one example of this often irresistible conformance. We'll look at what's going on when we're on both the giving end, and the receiving end of corporate group behaviour.
We'll tune into some actions which can allow our authenticity to come through, relating this to the agile values which already point in that direction.

By the end of the session you'll have some pointers for the emotional intelligence necessary in a corporate environment, and have some self awareness of what may be happening to you, and what you may be giving out to others.
