For our last meet-up before the summer, I am delighted that we are joined by Agile expert Steve Williams (https://expandingbox.co.uk/) who will take us on an experiential trip through some different system dynamics, their characteristics and approaches to acting effectively within them.
During the session, the group will act in a variety of ways that demonstrate the dynamics of different system types. We'll explore what influences and constrains those systems and discuss strategies for acting upon them in effective ways.
