This AI-powered Slack channel is more than just a quick answer bot; it's a curated collection of tools designed to elevate the developer experience. By centralizing access to their knowledge base, streamlining support requests, and fostering real-time collaboration, the Developer Assistant has become an integral part of their development ecosystem. It's not just about making tasks easier; it's about making development smarter, more efficient, and more collaborative.

7:30 PM: Combining the power of AI & ITSM: a roundtable discussion

There is no denying that AI is game changing for a number of fields, in this round table we will discuss what we expect to change and what we expect will stay the same within ITSM in a post AI world, tackling questions like: What is the biggest change AI will make to your job? Where do you want to see AI deployed next within ITSM? Can AI help improve communication?
