Monthly Book Club - Heated Rivalry (WARNING 18+)

This month we will be leaning into the valentines theme with Heated Rivalry by Rachel Reid — the book that recently released TV show is based on. If you’ve watched the series and need to debrief, or you’re ready to meet the original versions of the characters, this is your moment.

Heated Rivalry is a gay sports romance novel (who knew this genre existed?!) that follows a secret romantic relationship between rival hockey stars Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov.

WARNING this book contains adult themes and explicit sex. Please do your research, read some reviews and decide whether this month is for you. Please only attend if your are comfortable talking about these themes.

There is an attendence cap on book club so please only select attending if you can definitely come. If you have to cancel make sure you update your attendance so that someone can take your place.

To keep the club free you are responsible for sourcing your own copy of the book. It should be available via the kindle store and as an audiobook. If you are purchasing the book please do check out uk.bookshop.org - an online bookshop that supports local, independent bookshops.

Please note our meeting location has changed to Sip & Conquer (120 High Street). The closest parking for this venue would be West Street car park.
