Welcome to Maidenhead Dining and Social.

This is a non profit making group but members are required to pay a one-off £10.00 registration fee, which is due within one month of joining the group. This money will be applied towards payment of the ongoing Meetup subscription. Please message me for payment details.

Just to summarise the group rules:

Members who have not attended or signed up for events after a period of four months from their joining date will be removed. They can always re-join at a later date if their circumstances change and find that they are able to participate in the group.

RSVPs should always be kept up-to-date, even when only on a waitlist. If a member is no longer able to attend an event they should ideally provide at least 48 hours’ notice to allow time for anyone on the waitlist to respond.

We rely on group members to ensure they pay the correct amount for meals and other events that they attend. When settling bills please ensure that you have included everything you have ordered, that your payment has gone through and that the whole group bill has been settled before leaving a venue. Where a service charge is compulsory please ensure this is paid in full and calculated on the whole amount before any deposits have been deducted.

Please note that this is purely a social, non profit making group, run by volunteers and is not to be used as a vehicle for commercial activities.

As a social group we are keen to ensure that all events are harmonious and that members treat each other with kindness and respect. Members who cause friction or make others feel uncomfortable will sadly be removed from the group.

Unwanted attention, inappropriate messages, or any form of harassment towards other members is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from the group.
