Valley Gardens, Windsor Discovery Trail

There are many secret passages, hidden gems & long forgotten trails at the Valley Gardens in Windsor Great Park. Luckily I know where they all are & would love to give you a guided tour! Starting from the Savil Building at Savil Gardens where there is a very big car park, we will leave the busiest parts of the valley gardens behind & head off the beaten track where there are many wonders to behold.

Some of it will be quite steep but you won't need to bring your grapeling hooks. Just some sensible footwear, a bottle of water & maybe a few snacks. Back at the Savil gardens building there is a lovely tea rooms where you can get a cup of tea & a sticky bun surrounded by lots of interesting plants! It's about 3 or 4 miles & we should be able to do it in a couple of hours unless we decide to stop for a picnic!
Entrance is free although you will have to pay for the car park. You can bring you dog but they will have to be on the lead for much of the time.
