Have you ever wanted to be immersed within nature in the form of a walk and socialise at the same time? If so, this may be the right walk for you.
Welcome to another one of the WALK events where you have the opportunity to explore all the scenic routes I’ll execute whether there’s nature within or whether there are some icons to see.

With this particular walk, we will be walking through Tooting Bec Common from start to finish. During this walk, you get immersed within nature and familiar with the park itself but most importantly, you have the opportunity to feel healthy and stress free after this walk and possibly the opportunity to form friendships.
After this walk, we will be heading to Chaiiwala for some Chai if you wish. After that, I will have to depart but if some of you wish to spend more time out together, you may.
Meetup now charges organisers £30 per month for us to run these groups, not to mention the other costs involved.

Duration: 1 hour +
Required clothing: Smart casual, comfortable shoes and a jacket in case it gets cold
Departure: 20 minutes after the meeting time.

Hello, This event is for anyone who enjoys reading and wants to do it in the quiet company of others. We’ll be reading together in complete silence no pressure to talk, just bring whatever you’re reading and settle in.

When you arrive, grab a drink from the café if you like, find a comfy spot, and start reading. We’re usually there for about 2 hours, but feel free to come and go whenever it works for you. Looking forward to meeting you!

The Flow
Act I – Show Up (30 min): Meet at Paddington Basin & Merchant Square.
Picnic pre-party. Meet your Co-Stars, bring snacks & drinks to share.

Act II – Show Out (2–3 hrs): Join the main event.
Group up. Head into Carnival. Dance, vibe, eat, drink.

Act III – Show Off (30 min): Time to shine
Photos + videos for and of each other. Post your Main Character Moments to MCC + your Insta/TikTok.

Afterparty Ideas (optional calm escape after Carnival):
The Union Tavern (Paddington) — canalside pub, slightly removed from chaos.
Pergola Paddington — rooftop vibes, food stalls, open space.
The Eagle (Ladbroke Grove) — proper local pub with space for groups.
