The Jack Williams Toboggan Chute is a handmade wooden trough, flooded with ice, with an outrun at the end onto Hosmer Pond.
No Snow Bowl Card/RFID card required, and tickets are only sold at the Snow Bowl (not available online).
Participants must be at least 5 years old; anyone under 12 must ride with an adult.
Conditions must be safe to open the chute (adequate ice levels on chute and Hosmer Pond 8”), so if you are planning a trip, call ahead or check the Conditions Report to ensure it is operating.
Toboggans are provided for a maximum of four riders per toboggan.

Wear old clothes that are not too bulky. The toboggans move quickly, and clothing can be damaged by contact with the sides of the chute. No exposed skin is allowed—gloves or mittens required. A helmet and face covering are strongly recommended.
For the 2026 season we are targeting to open the toboggan chute Saturdays and Sundays, 9am-4pm, in February,
